I have recently been converting some engines from glow to Diesel and have been anodising some bits and pieces of aliminium . 
Some cylinder heads that were faded and scratched got " The treatment "
Here re three heads that have been prepared for anodising .An AM 10 , A Frog 150 Mk2 and an Allbon Dart  ther are over 60 years old so were in a sorry state .

After taking the previous picture I found another head fro a second Dart , this time a DC version .
Here are the finished heads . The green for the AM is a different shade but still looks far better than the "before" state.
